Condition:  The LP is in good condition (there is a small tear on the Side Two label and no inside sleeve).  The cover is in good condition with minor wear on the edges and corners.  However, please note there is what looks like a coffee cup ring in the lower middle section of the front cover – please see photo).  The front is signed by Larry Boone (to Shirley)!
