Costume designer Bill Belew is well-known for the magnificent stage outfits he created for entertainers including Elvis Presley, Gloria Estefan, Joan Rivers and Donna Fargo. This particular dress is one of those created especially for country music legend, Donna Fargo to wear on a TV show. This full length sleeveless dress is accompanied by a bolero jacket with fringe/beads around the bottom edge. The dress zippers halfway down the back and hooks at the top of the zipper.
The orginial cost was between $1200-$1500.
